A Taste of the Caribbean, the most prestigious Caribbean Culinary Festival in Canada marks how Caribbean cuisine, arts, music and culture thrive in Quebec’s society. Celebrate the smells, tastes, sights and sounds of the Caribbean at this event which features cultural presentations of pan music, folklore dancers and singers, Calypsonians and Caribbean orchestras.

Indulge in succulent hot and spicy Caribbean food found in 20 Caribbean Islands including Cuba, Jamaica, Barbados, Grenada, Martinique, U.S. Virgin Islands, St-Vincent and the Grenadines, and St. Lucia, prepared by visiting Caribbean Executive Chefs and well known local Montreal Chefs.
