Early Bird tickets for A Taste of the Caribbean Festival are now on sale from January 4, 2012 to April 1, 2012. VIP tickets: $115.00 - General Admission: $45. After March 31, 2012 VIP tickets will be $125 and General Admission will be $50.00. Children tickets also available from 5 years to 12 years at $20.00. VIP Tickets are the best deal in town! Includes early entrance at 12:30 p.m. to enjoy the Pre-Rum Cocktail Reception, reserved seating in the private VIP Section, open bar until 7:00 p.m., all you can eat, complimentary gift bag, all-day entertainment, show and dance all day long. General Admission Tickets includes: all you can eat, all -day entertainment, show and dance all day long, welcome rum punch upon arrival and cash bar. Doors open at 2:00 p.m.

ANNUAL CARIBBEAN TEA PARTY
Getting ready to honour five trail-blazing women!

On Sunday, March 4, 2012, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., you're invited to come and enjoy four hours with Playmas Montreal Cultural Association as we indulge in some special Caribbean Teas flown in from the Bahamas especially for this occasion, eat scrumptious Caribbean tea party treats, listen to some great music and enjoy wonderful entertainment. Your presence will help us to honour 5 fantastic women who have worked within our community for years while helping to build a stronger and better community for all of us. This Tea Party will commemorate the 101st International Women's Day. Invite your Mom and even your Dad, your children and your friends to this auspicious occasion. Stay tuned for our February Newsletter when the names of these special women being honoured will be revealed.

EARLY BIRD TICKETS FOR THE 13TH EDITION OF A TASTE OF THE CARIBBEAN

A Taste of the Caribbean is buzzing with excitement as it gears up for the 13th annual Food Festival to be held on Sunday, May 27, 2012 at the prestigious Marché Bonsecours in Old Montreal. Now known as the biggest food and cultural festival in Canada, A Taste of theCaribbean, with its 2012 theme, "Caribbean Escape" will feature over 75 Caribbean dishes from over 14 Caribbean Countries prepared by local and visiting Caribbean Executive chefs. Guests are invited to enjoy cultural dance performers, sample exquisite fine award-winning Caribbean rums, dance to live steelband and Orchestras and view a wonderful fashion show entitled "Hats Off to Jamaica", commemorating the 50th anniversary of Jamaica's Independence.
"From the beat of the steel drums, soca and calypso orchestras, calypsonians and Reggae artists, and dancers adorned in feathered carnival costumes, the 13th Annual A Taste of the Caribbean Festival is guaranteed to be fun for the entire family and will transport you to your private island paradise", says Gemma Raeburn-Baynes, TOTC President.
