Over 100 volunteers put in close to 3000 hours to ensure the smooth running of A Taste of the Caribbean Festival.Volunteers are involved as committee members, chefs, sous-chefs, waitresses, waiters, models, servers, decorators, bar tenders, clean up crew, set up and take down crew, master of ceremonies, ticket takers, ticket sellers, door ushers, and distribution of flyers, posters and tickets. Many youth in the community (ages 14 to 24) volunteer each year in a responsible manner to the success of A Taste of the Caribbean.
